Renting with Compass Point

We have a variety of rental spaces available at Compass Point Bible Church. Our spaces may accommodate a family gathering, a business meeting, or other events.

Room Rental Policy - Please Read
  • CPBC reserves the right to prioritize any ministry use of their facilities ahead of the rental of their facility by any individual or outside group.
  • CPBC is available for use to non-Compass Point ministries or families who are not opposed to the Articles of Faith and Practice of the Church. Exceptions require the approval of the Executive Director of Operations.
  • Any maintenance required or additional cleaning after your event may incur extra costs.
  • Rooms may be used only for the purposes indicated in the rental agreement
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the church or on church property and smoking is prohibited anywhere in the church building.
  • Use of the facility for Weddings, Funerals or any other religious service are permitted for those associated with Compass Point only.
  • Confirmation of booking will require full room rental payment for room rentals less than $100 or 50% for any booking over $100.00. Custodial and Production Tech charges will be invoiced after completion of the rental on a per hour basis.
  • All bookings will require a completed Facility Rental Agreement and a Technical Questionnaire (if applicable) signed by the renter and acknowledged by either the Facilities Manager or the Executive Director of Operations prior to confirmation of the booking. The renter will receive a copy of these documents as confirmation of the booking.
  • We are unable to accommodate recurring rentals (i.e. every Monday night).
  • The Auditorium is not available for bookings on Saturday or Sunday (all day)

A Rental Agreement will be filled out once the rental is confirmed.

Auditorium Details

Our main auditorium, or sanctuary is designed for worship and large stage events such as choirs, graduations, weddings and funerals.

Costs for rental:

Full Day (includes Foyer): $2,500.00
Half Day (includes Foyer): $1,300.00

Use of the facility for Weddings, Funerals or any other religious service are permitted for those associated with Compass Point only.  

Not available Saturdays or Sundays.

The Commons

Our Commons space can be used for a smaller worship space, great for family get togethers, funerals, or dinner events

  • seats up to 120 theatre style
  • max 18 tables with 8 per table

Costs for rental:  $475.00

 

The Board Room

Our main board room is great for presentations, meetings with high ceilling and natural light

  • seats up to 20
  • comfortable chairs
  • 475 sq ft

Costs for rental:$200.00

The Hub

Our Hub is perfect for small team meetings or get together, i.e. baby shower.

  • naturally lit, comfortable space
  • 520 sq ft
  • This is not a private space as windows surround the room
  • capacity of 25 people

Costs for rental:$125.00

The Lobby/Foyer

This is our general area which is ideal for receptions for weddings, funerals or graduations.

  • Tables can be set up for standing room reception
  • High ceilings, natural light
  • 2760 sq ft
  • please note that the Cafe is not available for rentals

Rental Cost (if rented separately from the Sanctuary): $150

The Kitchen

This space is ideal if you are holding a reception in our lobby, or catering a dinner in our commons. Serving Only

  • large countertop for preparing and serving
  • Please note that our appliances, including ovens and dishwashers are not for rent
  • must provide own dishware and equipment for preparing food

Rental Cost (free with rental of the Commons): $125.00

Meeting Room

This is a small board room style meeting room, no windows and private

  • fits 20 around table
  • 375 sq ft

Costs for rental: $125.00

Library

This small library has a small meeting space with couches. This is a small library and seat up to 15 comfortably, large screen, no windows

Foyer Wings

These lobby Wings (2) are areas of the Lobby that are available for small meetings.

Small meeting/teaching room, seats up to 20, with windows. 540 sq ft

Gymnasium

Our gymnasium is equipped with basketball nets, high ceiling. 4560 sq ft. Capacity of 300 ppl

Rental Cost: $475.00

Classroom (103)

Smaller teaching room, can seat up to 20, area rug, no windows, clean and spacious. 806 sq ft

Rental Cost: $125.00
