I don’t know about you, but around November 1st…I start to worry. It’s a small feeling that creeps up and for the next couple of weeks, it gets bigger and bigger and before you know it…it’s right in your face every morning you wake up.
Christmas.
For many just the sound of Christmas music on the radio can bring up bad memories or ignite those feelings of stress and anxiety.
