Thanksgiving Food Drive

With the cost-of-living rising, more and more people in our community need food support.  While we have set aside money in our operations budget for fresh food, like milk and eggs, our supply of non-perishables depends primarily on donations from our congregation and neighbours.

When Does the Food Drive Start?

On the Thanksgiving weekend, as you return to your car after the Sunday service, you’ll see a paper bag under your windshield wiper.

We’d appreciate it if you could fill that bag with the items that are listed on the bag, or see below.

When/Where Do I Bring My Bag?

Please return the bags on Sunday, October 20th

If you aren’t around on Thanksgiving weekend, please feel free to fill any bag and bring to the church during office hours as well:

Monday – Friday: 9:00am-4:30pm

We all go through difficult times when we need some kind of help and support from others. Our goal is to make the Food Market a welcoming space for those who attend and for those who volunteer.
